P.S.  From the north, go south on Florida's Turnpike (or US 1), exit at SW 200 Street (Caribbean Blvd.) westbound (turn right).

Turn south onto US 1 (S. Dixie Hwy.), proceed until and turn right at SW 232 St. (going west).

Keep going until 153 Court.  Fernstock is off to the right (north side of 232 St.)

From the south, proceed north on US1 until SW 157 Ave., then turn left (northbound). 

Keep going until SW 232 St. & turn right.  We're just ahead on your left.
