Thanks
to Stephen Casper from Zero Impact Guitars in
Miami, 305-710-1380 -- a custom guitar maker and sponsor
for
Fernstock. Zero Impact Guitars offers only the best US-built
handcrafted custom guitars built right in their shop located in South
Florida using only the best materials and hardware available. All
options are available and custom orders are encouraged.
This
year Mr. Casper has been so kind as to donate for a special, separate
raffle a freshly-built custom guitar! This guitar will be one
of ZIG's S-Series guitars with custom graphics designed by
ZIG's friends at RIP Car Club. The graphics alone on this
guitar place it into a class of its own, let alone the eco-friendly
construction and custom tailored pickups. This guitar is a
real prize. Valued at near $1000, one lucky festival participant will
walk away with a one-of-a-kind custom limited-edition Zero Impact
Guitar.
The complete design has not been completed but the guitar is being cut,
shaped then handed off to the paint guys. This guitar will have a
finish with a limited-edition design! More info on the ZIG blog...
Thanks
to Scott Cousino of Redlands
Studios, 24200 SW 162 Ave. -- just around the corner from the Fern
Farm -- for sponsoring Fernstock this year.
Scott
is donating as a prize a certificate for one day of recording
at
his professional music studio, which would normally go for $450 - 600,
plus six T-shirts to be given away as door prizes. The studio will also
have a promotion tent at Fernstock VII and will be giving away
swag -- goodies -- and samples of its work.
Thanks
to Kent Sonenberg from Legends

For

"Where Exactly?" Besides great music and vibes,
there will be lots of great food -- BBQ, seafood, hot dogs &
burgers, refreshments, and more! FERNSTOCK
VI (2008) WAS AN AMAZING SHOW!!
THANKS
TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED, ATTENDED, AND
PLAYED.
Hey
Kids in the third week of November 2008 there was a full
moon in the eastern sky in honor of the one of the coolest music
festivals in south Florida. A
tongue-in-cheek piece about Fernstock (above) -- especially about the
'200,000 expected'. A more reasonably sized crowd will
attend...
